Cancellation and Money Back Guarantee Terms:

Only written cancellations sent to Partners Pécs Kft and received by the same by will be considered. In the case of a cancellation received before the above deadline, the registration fee and the advance money paid for the accommodation minus 20% administrative charge will be refunded. If the registration is cancelled after the deadline, no refund will be made.
In case of a refund, the administration fee is 2% of the amount to be refunded, but minimum 2,000 HUF.
